7 Steps involved in Bringing a Jali to Life

Before we start anything, we need to start the process with selecting a design. Jali architectural features may be designed with organic or geometrical design. The design might also feature a mix of different patterns on one jali.

Step 2: Design Validation

Design validation is just ensuring that the design which has been selected can be manufactured. Simple CAD software is used to validate a design.

Step 5: Post Processing

In this process layers of paint or lacquer are added to get the desired finish. It can either be done using spray painting or powder coating. Some people just leave a raw wood/metal finish.

Step 6: Installation
